As one of the region's largest biobanks with spare capacity, we provide a range of services to academic institutions and clinics, private laboratories, and large pharmaceutical clients. Our center is equipped with the latest tools, technologies, monitoring, and security systems for storing, administering, and tracking biobank samples.

Our priority is customer satisfaction and to provide the highest level of service. We were the first in Hungary to implement and apply the ISO 20387:2018 (Biotechnology - Biobanking - General Requirements for Biobanking) standard, and our staff's competence, experience, and advanced technologies ensure that your samples are safe.

Our biobank has a wide range of storage options for FFP blocks requiring dry conditions and samples requiring -20°C, -80°C. Storage in liquid nitrogen is also possible. Our storage capacity allows for up to hundreds of thousands of samples.

As the biobank is also equipped with BSL-2 laboratories, we can also store special samples (infectious, pandemic, samples from patients infected with certain viruses, etc.) that require different conditions than the average.

In our storage service, we only store samples and carry out the necessary administration for sample identification. We can tailor the short and long-term storage of samples in the biobank to the project and the client's needs. Our staff will work with you to find the most suitable storage solutions to meet your needs.
