The Biobank of the University of Szeged offers bioinformatics analysis as a service, where we perform all steps of data analysis (e.g. NGS data). This includes basic raw data processing, standard bioinformatic analyses, sequence mapping, and visualization of genomic data, providing a clear, intuitive picture of your data. We also offer additional bioinformatics analyses, such as differentially expressed gene identification and genotyping, allowing you to gain deeper insights from your NGS data. Mapping of different pathways and identification of possible disease-specific patterns is also available in our service.

We know that sharing the results with the scientific community is paramount. That is why we can also help you to prepare the figures and data required for publications.
