We’re searching for an organized and resourceful Receptionist to work with us at our Szeged office during the next 6 months.
The ideal candidate should be a great problem solver, enjoy working closely with people, and be an excellent multi-tasker.
Your tasks will include
• Overseeing the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of office
• Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to the Site Manager and teams
• Participating in the organizing company events or workshops
• Carrying out ad hoc tasks/projects
• Ordering food, stationery and other necessary equipment
• Overseeing the tidiness and cleanliness of the office
You are looking for us, if You
• Have some experience in a similar role or really interested in trying her/himself a position like this
• Speak English fluently
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly-used office packages
• Are a good team player
• Have great attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills• Have a positive attitude
• Are great at problem solving
