Direct Supervisor: Finance Director Eastern Europe

Position Objective:

• Manage in a team the billing process of 5 Eastern European (EE) countries (Poland, Hungary, Czech, Croatia and Romania)
• Take a proactive role in enhancing the day to day operations, understand our internal customers’ needs and requirements

Accountability:

Issue billing documents for the region

Job Responsibilities:

• Timely billing of customer sales documents (Maintenance, Repairs, New Installation etc.)
• Assist to resolve the customer disputes with credit notes or amendment on the documents
• Build a good relationship with the cash collectors and local organizations / work together to improve the billing quality
• Resolve system issues in cooperation with the SAP consultants in India / China
• Support to enhance continuously the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document
• Responsible for the AR of the 5 Eastern European (EE) countries in a team

Requirements:

• 0 – 2 years of accounting experience;
• Open to understand and respect different cultures from the Eastern Europe countries (Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Czech, Poland);
• Fluency in English is a must and Czech or Polish or Hungarian is an advantage, but not a must;
• Advanced MS Office user, especially in Excel;
• Good team player, ready to share the workload or ask for support;
• Attention to details; excellent time management skills
• Can handle complex billing tasks
• Experience with SAP system is an advantage, but not a must.
