Project Management Trainee

Main responsibilities
- The main responsibility will be to support the Transition project team with the following tasks:
- Assist the project managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Consolidation of Excel-based information to ensure continuous project resource allocation process
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Update and possibly improve existing reports to support decision making
- Create presentations with the help of the portfolio manager
Other Requirements
- Ongoing university studies in Hungary (Preferably 1 year left with student status)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Upper-intermediate English language knowledge or better
- Precision, reliability and pro-active personality
- Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
- Basic understanding of project methodology

Main responsibilities
If you would like to get an insight into how a Big4 company works and gain some experience in the field of finance while you are still studying, this trainee position can be the perfect fit for you!
Your main task will be to support the work of the VAT Accountants with the following tasks:
- Sample invoice check in SAP
- Checking transactions in SAP in line with KGSH’s internal compliance procedure
- Creating Excel reports, updating Excel files
- Completing other ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in the field of Finance/Accounting
- Available to work at least 30 hours/week
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Flexible personality, team player at heart
- Strong analytical skills, precision and reliability
