• The main responsibility will be to support the Transition project team with the following tasks:
• Assist the project managers with ad-hoc administrative tasks
• Consolidation of Excel-based information to ensure continuous project resource allocation process
• Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
• Update and possibly improve existing reports to support decision making
• Create presentations with the help of the portfolio manager

Other Requirements

• Ongoing university studies in Hungary (Preferably 1 year left with student status)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Upper-intermediate English language knowledge or better
• Precision, reliability and pro-active personality
• Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
• Basic understanding of project methodology
