Position Description and Responsibilities

• Review of payment application (invoices, contracts and approval documents)
• Input purchase invoices (goods, services, assets, expense report)
• Preparation of accounting statement and tax returns
• Fixed asset supervision and count
• Follow-up prepayment, and open purchase order with purchase department, reconciliation of account payable with supplier
• Preparation position related management reporting (eg. supplier balance, aging balance based on extract from system)
• Document management: maintain good records of financial and legal documents on server and in hard copy
• Ad-hoc supporting activities to Financial Manager (eg. Preparation of audit files and other documents and reports)

Position Requirements

• Work accurately with the given instructions and pay attention to detail
• Strong sensitivity to the accuracy and reasonableness of figures
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Familiar with the risk points in local financial accounting, import and export, etc., and have the ability to recognize potential tax risks
• Advanced MS Excel skills (creating and updating spreadsheets and using financial functions), familiarity with SAP, experience of SAP implementation is an asset
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in accounting
• At least 5 years of working experience in accounting
• Work within a multicultural environment
• Proficiency in both Hungarian and English, knowledge of Chinese is an asset
