The administrative processes regarding the application for and the manufacturing of student ID cards take place at the Students’ Service Office for all students of the University. It is possible to apply for student ID card year-round, however the highest number of applications are registered at the beginning of the fall semester.

The administration of student ID cards generates the most customer contact all year. Each year, the customer service representatives administer about 5-6000 student ID card applications and issue the cards to the students.
