FAQ

Please email the Students’ Service Office about losing your student card and to register a new application.

A NEK datasheet, which can be obtained in any Government Office, is needed for the application. Please email us your scanned NEK datasheet along with your ID (national ID, license, passport or residence permit).

If your student status is active, you can get a temporary student ID until your permanent ID is manufactured. The temporary ID is vadid for 60 days. It can be issued free of charge as soon as the permanent ID application has been registered. To request a temporary student ID, you will be able to get one at the Students’ Service Office in person.

The validity of the card itself is printed on the back of the card. Student IDs validated for the fall semester are valid until March 31 and for the spring semester until October 31. Temporary student IDs are valid for 60 days from the day of issuance.
