Personal administration at the customer service is possible at a pre-booked time.
▪ Log in to your Modulo account, press Submit and search for the "Appointment for HSZI customer service" form
▪ Click on Fill, then choose the language you want to fill in
▪ Choose the case you want to deal with (you can select more than one at the same time)
▪ Choose a time from the drop-down bar
▪ Submit the form
