You will be able to pick up your semester of 2023/24/2 student ID card sticker from 12 February by booking an appointment.
For those students who had valid Generali Health Insurance in the fall semester (2023/2024/1) - and their insurance fee is included in their tuition fee/scholarship - the insurance period will be automatically renewed when their student status changed activ.
The fall semester insurances are valid until 31 January.
A new payment option has been made available in Neptun.
You will be able to pick up your semester of 2023/24/1 student ID card sticker from 11 September by booking an appointment.
Based on Government Ordinance XXVIII of 2023, the student status can be verified with a valid student ID card for several types of cases. Before applying for a student status certificate, please make sure that you need to present a student status certificate.

During the Christmas holidays, the Students' Service Office is open as follows:
- 22 December 2023: from 9:00 to 13:00
- 25 and 26 December 2023: Closed
- 28 December 2023: from 9:00 to 12:00 by appointment
- 27 and 29 December the Students’ Service Office is available online via e-mail

The student card stickers for the second semesters of the 2021/2022 academic year are valid until 30 of November 2022.
Based on the decision of the Educational Authority, temporary student IDs are accepted in public transport with the original stamp only.

The customer service returns to normal opening hours from September 19, 2022 and will be available by appointment only.
The Students’ Service Office will be available online from 25 July to 21 August.
Appointments are only visible 72 hours in advance.

You can also request a student status certificate in English, Hungarian and German.
In view of the pandemic situation, expired student cards and temporary student cards issued previously are valid for 60 days after the end of the pandemic measures (expected until the beginning of March).
From 22 September, 2021, appointments for Generali insurance related administration can be made in Modulo.

The Generali Health Insurance cannot be obtained at the moment.
