During the semester start period, our opening hours will be modified as follows.
For those students who had valid Generali Health Insurance in the autumn semester (2024/2025/1) - and their insurance fee is included in their tuition fee/scholarship - the insurance period will be automatically renewed from the 10th of February 2025.
You will be able to pick up your semester of 2024/25/2 student ID card sticker from 10 February by booking an appointment.
We would like to inform you that the library will be closed on November 7-8, 2024.
For those students who had valid Generali Health Insurance in the spring semester (2023/2024/2) - and their insurance fee is included in their tuition fee/scholarship - the insurance period will be automatically renewed from the 9th of September 2024.
The registration for the 1st semester of the academic year of 2024/25 will take place on 30-31 August 2024 and between 2 and 6 September 2024.
Between 22.07.2024 and 09.08.2024, the HSZI customer service can be accessed from the TIK staff entrance (from Zászló street), after booking an appointment.
From 17:00 on 17 May 2024 until 8:00 on 21 May 2024, Modulo will be undergoing maintenance.
As of 1 March 2024, the travel discounts on MÁV trains and Volán bus services that can be claimed with a student ID card changed.
You will be able to pick up your semester of 2023/24/2 student ID card sticker from 12 February by booking an appointment.
For those students who had valid Generali Health Insurance in the fall semester (2023/2024/1) - and their insurance fee is included in their tuition fee/scholarship - the insurance period will be automatically renewed when their student status changed activ.
The fall semester insurances are valid until 31 January.
During the Christmas holidays, the Students' Service Office is open as follows:
- 22 December 2023: from 9:00 to 13:00
- 25 and 26 December 2023: Closed
- 28 December 2023: from 9:00 to 12:00 by appointment
- 27 and 29 December the Students’ Service Office is available online via e-mail
A new payment option has been made available in Neptun.
You will be able to pick up your semester of 2023/24/1 student ID card sticker from 11 September by booking an appointment.
Based on Government Ordinance XXVIII of 2023, the student status can be verified with a valid student ID card for several types of cases. Before applying for a student status certificate, please make sure that you need to present a student status certificate.

The Students’ Service Office will be available online between 24.07.2023 and 28.07.2023 and you can enter the building from the staff entrance (Zászló street), and before coming contact us.
You will be able to pick up your semester of 2022/23/2 student ID card sticker from 6 February by booking an appointment.
Between the holidays (from 27 to 30 December), the Students’ Service Office is available online.
The student card stickers for the second semesters of the 2021/2022 academic year are valid until 30 of November 2022.
Based on the decision of the Educational Authority, temporary student IDs are accepted in public transport with the original stamp only.
You will be able to pick up your autumn semester student ID card sticker from 5 September by booking an appointment.
The customer service returns to normal opening hours from September 19, 2022 and will be available by appointment only.
The Students’ Service Office will be available online from 25 July to 21 August.
Appointments are only visible 72 hours in advance.
Between the holidays (from 27 to 31 December), the Students’ Service Office is available online.
You can also request a student status certificate in English, Hungarian and German.
In view of the pandemic situation, expired student cards and temporary student cards issued previously are valid for 60 days after the end of the pandemic measures (expected until the beginning of March).
From 22 September, 2021, appointments for Generali insurance related administration can be made in Modulo.
The customer service returns to normal opening hours from September 20, 2021 and will be available by appointment only.
The Generali Health Insurance cannot be obtained at the moment.
You will be able to pick up your autumn semester sticker from 6 September by booking an appointment.
The renewal of old Generali contracts has started and new students can also get health insurance for the semester of 2021/22/1.
The stickers can be collected by appointment only.
The Students’ Service Office returns to largely online administration
The customer service returns to normal opening hours from September 21, 2020 and will be available by appointment only.
Temporary student ID request form is available in Modulo from 14.09.2020.
