The SZTE RK offers a 3-6 month MRI training to radiologiy residents in onco-, neuro-, head-neck and emergency radiology. At the end of the internship, the residents receive feedback in the form of an exam.

Entry criteria:

3 years of radiology residency training completed (for residents starting after 2022.09.01. ultrasound and X-ray sub-examination are required).

Curriculum:

-1 week practice with radiographers, protocols, physics

-Modular training courses (all reports are evaluated in our peer-review system)

-3 weeks of neuroradiology (including head and neck radiology)

-4 weeks of abdominal radiology (including rectal MR, prostate MR)

-4 weeks MSK radiology

-Depending on the length of training, 0-3 month rotation.

Examination:

Last week of practice

-neuro, head and neck

-abdomen-pelvis

-MSK

-physics, protocols, contrast agents, magnet safety

Certificate:

At the end of the training, the resident receives a certificate, which includes the results of the exam and the number and evaluation of the written findings.
