A projekt tartalmának bemutatása:
The main objective of the project is improving transnational water management and flood risk prevention while maximizing benefits for biodiversity conservation. The expected change is improved knowledge, among the countries located within Danube River Basin, related to integrative water management through restoration of floodplains, combination of classical and green infrastructure, natural retention measures, involving all related stakeholders.
A projekt fő célkitűzése a transznacionális vízgazdálkodás és az árvízkockázat megelőzésének javítása, a biológiai sokféleség megőrzésének maximalizálása mellett.
A kitűzött cél a Duna vízgyűjtőjén belül fekvő országok ismereteinek bővülése az integratív vízgazdálkodással kapcsolatban az árterek helyreállítása, a klasszikus és zöld infrastruktúra kombinációja, a természetes vízvisszatartási intézkedések révén, az összes érintett fél bevonásával.
