The Semmelweis Ignác Dormitory is one of the University of Szeged Dormitory, where students of the Faculty of Pharmacy, the students of Faculty of Medicine and students of the Faculty of Dentistry are housed.
The building is located in the center of the city, close to the main buildings of the faculties, the József Attila Study and Information Center and the university's cultural and entertainment venues.

The location of the institution is advantageous, the educational buildings can be reached by public transport or even on foot in a few minutes. The dormitory has 51 rooms and four floors. It offers accommodation for a total of 204 students in 4-bed rooms type accomodation.

In addition to the basic furnishings, the 4-bed rooms also have a refrigerator and WIFI connection. Those who do not want to use the computer's capabilities in their room can use the services of the computer cabinet.This cabinet is located on the I.floor.

There is a shared kitchen on each floor, where students can use an electric stove and microwave oven for meals. On the II. and III-floor there are study rooms. Sports facilities are available at a discounted rate in the Dormitory of Miklós Jancsó. The Medica Club is located in the basement, which regularly hosts cultural and musical gatherings. SZOTE Resttaurant, operated by an external contractor on the premises of the institution, expands the dining options. For the safety of the students, there is a 24-hour concierge service.
