Informations for foreign language students:

Dermatology for the fifth year medical students is held in the first and second semester. There are 2 lectures and 3 practicals every week.

At the end of lectures, the students who attended the lecture have the opportunity to answer verification questions on the spot through the Coospace system. Smartphones / tablets or laptops are required. At the end of the semester the results will be collected, and for those ones who got 70% or more good answers, at the exam only one topic will be asked from the choosen 2 topics. Exceptions are topic of Pyoderma, topic of Drug Allergies, topic of Melanoma malignum, topic of Non-Melanoma Skin Cancers, (this means if you chose one of the topics above it will be compulsory). Only answers recorded in the CooSpace will be taken into consideration for the simplified exam.

At the end of the Semester you will have an exam.

The exam will consist from two parts.

- Part 1: practical exam on a patient (diagnosis and therapy)

- Part 2: theoretical exam – two topics.

For those ones who got 70% or more good answers from all of the questions, only one topic will be asked from the choosen 2 final exam topics.
