Who should apply?
The program is intended for students who plan to pursue a career in HR including management, consulting, psychology and social knowledge. All applicants are evaluated based on their overall ability to contribute to and benefit from the program. We encourage applications from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences.
Application requirements:
Undergraduate / Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- BA degree in related fields like pedagogy, psychology, sociology, human resources (with official translation in English language).
- Academic records proving the 30 relevant credits are required covering fields like pedagogy, psychology, sociology, economics, law.

Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in the relevant field of study of the program, a demonstrated proficiency in English (B2 or equivalent), a personal statement (motivational letter), a CV, Two recommendations. Applicants are expected to have a minimum of two years of professional work experience in a field relevant to the program.
- Minimum level of language proficiency (oral): B2 or IELTS 5.0
- Minimum level of language proficiency (written): B2 or IELTS 5.0
- Entrance examination: oral, takes place online
Applicants are required to sit an entrance exam (interview). After the evaluation of the application, applicants receive the decision of admission, which will generate the payment notification of the tuition fee for the upcoming 1/2 semesters depending on their residence.

Interview: Applicants may be required to attend an interview, either in person or virtually, as part of the selection process. The interview aims to assess the applicant’s motivations, career aspirations, and suitability for the program.
Start of the program: September of each year
Tuition fee: 4000 EUR / semester
Application fee: 79 EUR
Entrance Exam fee: 100 EUR
