High school and university students take part in Szeged Model United Nations (SzeMUN) representing the interest of a member state as a diplomat – just like in real life. Applications are now open until the end of September for SzeMUN to be held between 16-20th October.
High school and university students take part in Szeged Model United Nations (SzeMUN) representing the interest of a member state as a diplomat – just like in real life. Applications are now open until the end of September for SzeMUN to be held between 16-20th October.
The aim of the conference is to help future politicians and diplomats in obtaining theoretical knowledge while having a good time, to establish international relationships, as a result the event is conducted in English and it is multicultural.
During the Committee’s work delegates are acting on behalf of their respective country’s policy, speaking for their interests in terms of a given issue; however, the ultimate goal of the conference is to reach a compromise since a successful MUN is closed by releasing a joint declaration.
