Fulbright alumni, current and prospective grantees, and everyone interested in international academic exchange are warmly invited to the Fulbright Szeged Chapter Meeting, hosted at the University of Szeged on Friday, 12 December 2025, from 10:00 to 12:00 in Room V of the Rector’s Office Building.
The official program will feature welcome remarks, an introduction to the American Corner Szeged, and a book presentation by Dr. Anna Fenyvesi on her edited volume “Hungarian Roots American Dreams: Tracing Personal and Local History,” followed by short talks and a Q&A with Fulbright alumni and guests from the U.S. Embassy.
After the morning program, participants are invited to stay for a networking lunch starting at 12:00, offering an excellent opportunity to meet fellow Fulbright alumni, representatives of the U.S. Embassy, and colleagues from the University of Szeged in an informal setting. Attendance is free of charge, but prior registration is required; those wishing to join are kindly asked to complete the online registration form indicated in the official invitation. The organizers and members of the Fulbright Szeged Chapter look forward to welcoming all interested participants to this inspiring event celebrating academic cooperation and international dialogue.
