The 28th Autumn Cultural Festival, organized by the Cultural Office of the University of Szeged, kicks off tomorrow, October 1. With over 300 events, the festival will celebrate the spirit of autumn through November 28.
With over 300 programs spanning 7 weeks and 70 venues, the 28th Autumn Cultural Festival begins on October 1. Organized by the Cultural Office of the University of Szeged, the festival aims to connect artistic groups and university students with creative ambitions to renowned performers and artists, providing a platform to showcase their work to both the university and the wider public in Szeged. Each year, the event series is crafted to highlight a diverse range of cultures and offer activities for all ages and interests.
We open the 28th Autumn Cultural Festival with a special light show at 7:30 p.m., kicking off the colorful series of festive events at our vibrant university. This traditional program features lights projected onto the Main Building of the University of Szeged, this time accompanied by a live performance from Belmondo.
The opening remarks will be held by Professor Dr. Péter Zakar, Vice-Rector for International & Public Relations, University of Szeged
