About the Program

The aim of the Instruction of English as a Foreign language MA program is to train and prepare young men and women to become professionals in the EFL sector. This means they are able to successfully complete English-language related tasks in the field of language teaching, the methodology of teaching English as a foreign language, research, planning and development, in order to meet the demand for highly trained professionals working as English instructors.

The program provides a sound theoretical basis for the students' future careers, combining it with hands-on practice. The second semester includes an internship at local language school.

Who should apply?

The program is intended for students who plan to pursue a career in teaching English outside the public education system.

 

Application requirements: 

Undergraduate / Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
- Bachelor degree in the field of Arts and Humanities and Pedagogy

- Minimum level of language proficiency (oral): C1 or IELTS 7.5

- Minimum level of language proficiency (written): C1 or IELTS 7.6

- Entrance examination: oral, takes place online


After the revision of application documents, applicants will be invited to take an oral entrance exam online.
