Pályázati pótfelhívás

A Szegedi Tudományegyetem a 2024/2025. tanév II. félévére az alábbi feltételekkel írja ki az Egyetemi Doktori Kiválósági Ösztöndíjak pótpályázatát azok számára, akik ezen pályázat őszi felhívására nem pályáztak. Azok részére, akik az őszi felhívás nyomán sikeresen pályáztak, az ösztöndíj a tavaszi félévre automatikusan folyósításra kerül a HSZI által.

- Valamennyi aktív státuszú magyar, állami ösztöndíjas hallgató jogosult havi 40.000 Ft-os kiegészítő ösztöndíjra, aki még nem pályázott az előző félévben.

- A Klinikai Orvostudományi Doktori Iskola és a Multidiszciplináris Orvostudományi Doktori Iskola keretei között felszabadult egy-egy 60.000 vagy 90.000 Ft-os kiválósági+ ösztöndíj.

A tudományos eredmények függvényében ezekre a helyekre magyar és a magyar hallgatókkal azonos elbírálás alá eső külföldi (pl. Stipendium Hungaricum) ösztöndíjas hallgatók pályázhatnak abban az esetben, ha nem rendelkeznek EKÖP ösztöndíjjal. A többi Doktori Iskola esetében nincs felszabaduló kiválósági keret.

A pályázatokat minden esetben a MODULO rendszeren keresztül kell benyújtani. A MODULO rendszerben egyetlen pályázati űrlap érhető el. Mindhárom ösztöndíjra ezen keresztül lehet pályázni.

Bár a 40.000 Ft-os ösztöndíj valamennyi aktív státuszú magyar, állami ösztöndíjas hallgatónak jár, de arra is pályázni kell a MODULO űrlap kitöltésével.

A kiválósági+ ösztöndíjra történő pályázás esetén ennek tényét külön jelölni kell, és a releváns dokumentumokat, igazolásokat fel kell tölteni az űrlapon keresztül.

Pályázat benyújtásának és elbírálásának menete:

1. Benyújtási időszak: 2025. március 3. – március 21. 12.00 óra (a benyújtási időszak meghosszabbítására nincs lehetőség!)
2. A doktori iskolák 2025. április 4-ig elbírálják a pályázatokat, és jelöléseiket megküldik az Egyetemi Doktori Intézet részére.
3. A rangsorról az Egyetemi Doktori Tanács 2025. április 10-ei rendkívüli ülésén szavaz.
4. Az ösztöndíjat elnyert hallgatók részére a Hallgatói Szolgáltatói Iroda 2025. áprilisában folyósítja az ösztöndíj(ak)at.

A pályázatok elbírálása a Kiválósági Doktori Ösztöndíjak pontozási rendszere alapján, az adott doktori iskola által meghatározottak szerint történik. Tájékoztatót a pontrendszert illetően lásd a Bírálati Szempontok menüpontban.

The University of Szeged invites additional applications for University Doctoral Excellence Scholarships for 2024/2025 academic year II semester for those who did not apply for the autumn call under the following conditions. For those who successfully applied for the autumn call, the scholarship will be automatically paid by the HSZI for the spring semester.

All Hungarian state scholarship students with active status are entitled to an additional scholarship of HUF 40,000 per month who have not yet applied in the previous semester.

One HUF 60.000 and one HUF 90.000 Excellence+ scholarship has been released in the Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine and the Doctoral School of Multidisciplinary Medical School.

Depending on the academic results, Hungarian and foreign nationals having a state scholarship (including Stipendium Hungaricum scholarships) can apply if they do not have an EKÖP scholarship. In the case of the other Doctoral Schools, there is no release framework.

In all cases, applications must be submitted through the MODULO system. Only one application form is available in the MODULO system. You can apply for all three scholarships here. Although the HUF 40,000 scholarship is available to all hungarian state scholarship with active status students, you must also apply for it by filling out the MODULO form.

When applying for the Excellence+ scholarship, this fact must be marked separately, and the relevant documents and certificates must be uploaded via the form.

Application submission and evaluation process:

1. Submission period: March 3 – till noon March 21, 2025. (The submission deadline will not be prolonged!)
2. The doctoral schools will evaluate the applications until April 4, 2025, and send their nominations to the University Doctoral Institute.
3. The ranking will be voted on by the University Doctoral Council on its extraordinary meeting on April 10, 2025.
4. The Student Services Office will pay the scholarship(s) to the students who won the scholarship on April, 2025.
