2. Why did you choose the University of Szeged as your study destination?
While considering studying in Hungary, University of Szeged was on my top priority list, it’s excellent Academic research and great ranking in Hungary- being the Best university in the country- also being from the best around Europe and the world-. I would never forget the encouraging and excitement of one of my very favorite Hungarian figures in Dentistry -who made great efforts in establishing the FOK (FACULTY OF DENTISTRY) in The University of Szeged -for me to become a part of University of Szeged’s Family! Moreover; being in a safe, friendly place and feeling at home is an essential point to search for, which I was pleased to find here.
3. How do you find the student life here in Szeged?
In addition of Szeged being a university’s city with such a student-learning environment, you can still enjoy its appealing landscapes and historical landmarks; in addition to many thrilling activities that you can take part in with your friends and loved ones, also visiting the festivals, concerts and markets will be nice.

I was chosen by my dear classmates to be their representative of our dental year, I do really appreciate their trust. I am putting my full efforts to improve and maintain our journey keeping it a memorial, great years; leaving a good impression for the upcoming generations in the University of Szeged! I am also taking part in the ISUS Outreach and Integration, which I enjoy, I have learned to manage my free time in helping and benefiting others, and to improve their university life.
5. What did you learn from traveling abroad to pursue your education?
I believe that going to Szeged was one of the best decisions that I have decided to take and am currently encouraging my brother to do as well, since he graduated with a high score! Being abroad will definitely have a great impact on your life and personality; characteristically and personally you will become a better and stronger person. Independence and self-control, management , determination and dedication will fill you up. Dealing with challenges and fighting for your dream in Szeged is definitely worth it!
6. What does your day look like outside of classrooms?
My day apart from going to university would be more about exploring, reading books, spending time with friends, sports and studying for sure ; )
7. What is your favourite subject?
Dental Anatomy, Anatomy and Biology were some of my favorite subjects.
8. Name one thing the University has provided you?
If I would like to mention a thing that University of Szeged has improved in me, determination would be my answer; even if you were pushed to the back or you were not appreciated as you were supposed to, stay focused, be strong, challenge your limits and make your achievements speak! So Köszönöm szépen Szegedi Tudományegyetem.
9. What is your favourite spot in Szeged?
My favorite spot will absolutely be Tisza River, I feel relaxed and calm around it. Sunset or Sunrise are my favorite times to spend there, I like to feel free and enjoy life.
10. What do you advice for those who are thinking about studying abroad?
I would highly recommend studying abroad, you will get a better version of yourself, your weak points will become your strength spots. Dealing with different people, environment, tradition, nature and circumstances will strengthen you. You will definitely miss your home, but Szeged will make you feel like you are at yours!
11. What are your future plans?
I want to be a great, extraordinary dentist, to meet and get to interact with amazing dental idols and figures, therefore; learning from their experiences and grasping from their knowledge, being involved with the researches done by the amazing research center in the university would greatly enhance my skills. I would love to have many great fellow mates, from different nationalities and faculties and to come up with the best experience that I can have in The University of Szeged. I will add and keep adding to this university as it is adding to me.
12. Any other thoughts that come to your mind that you would like to share as a closing sentence?
I am pretty sure that taking the step to start your education in The University of Szeged will be a great choice, working hard, facing your fears and weaknesses is such an essential step to achieve your dreams and reach your aims!
