Short specification of service:

The service of 1 Tapered Elemeent Oscillating Microbalance of the type TEOM 1400. After the turning on of the instrument it takes unacceptable long time for the instrument to reach the state of operation (lots of times the process takes almost a full day). During its operation it shows negative values in many cases, even when stable high concentrations are measured so the accuracy of the data provided by the instrument is quiet questionable anyway. The reparation, calibration and validation with reference method of the instrument are highly neccessary.

Terms of payment:

Following the execution of reparation the contractor can issue an invoice. The University will pay the amount indicated on the invoice by wire transfer, within 30 days following the acknoledgement of reparation. The contractor must send the price offer (quotation) on the basis of the real service cost per hour, according to the duration of the reparation. Both parties will indicate the duration of the reparation in the contract. The contractor is entitled to bill the costs of materials and built in parts above the price of reparation with the approval of the contact person of the procurer.

The official language of the procedure is Hungarian, but offers can also be submitted in English language. The Inviting Authority expects offers from suppliers that can guarantee a prompt delivery and have a stable financial background. The Inviting Authority reserves the right to request further information from candidates within 5 working days in writing . Request for further information will be sent to each candidate with a valid offer. Following the submission deadline, the Inviting Authority evaluates the offers and candidates are informed on the result with the least possible delay.

The Inviting Authority reserves the right to cancel the above offer procedure fully or partially, without any justification. The Inviting Authority is not liable for consequences resulted by the withdrawal.
