Test of malfunction and repair of 1 Luigs & Neumann Mini 25 manipulator, S/N 14B100158.

Problem: Roller bearings inside the manipulator have probably become worn-out, manipulator is no longer capable of steady, smooth movement.

- dismantling and cleaning of axis,

- exchange of linear guidance, 4x

- exchange of ball bearing, 2x

- exchange of roller cages, 2x

- oiling, cleaning and re-adjustment of axis,

- test of function
