The Directorate of Finance and Engineering, University of Szeged (hereafter  Inviting Authority) invites candidates to an open procedure for supplying the following product:

 

Optical components

Short specification of product:  Optical-mechanic components

 

1.) Compact Kinematic Mirror Mount + Mirror Holder

 

1  30 pcs

1.) Equipped with 2 adjustment screws with hexagonal socket (head).

2.) Mirror holders with1 inch optics can be mounted on the front face.

3.) Precision tilt of mirror could be done around the vertical and horizontal axis.

4.) Maximum width 25,4 mm.

5.) Maximum height 30 mm.

6.) Maximum thickness 17 mm. (without the adjustment screws)

7.) M4 holes for mounting.

8.) Black surfaces.

 

2  30 pcs Mirror Holder.

1.) 1 inch diameter optics can be mounted in.

2.) Compatible with the compact mirror mount.

3.) Maximum diameter 29 mm.

4.) Maximum thickness 7 mm.

5.) Black surfaces.

 

2.) Mirror Mount

 

1  20 pcs (10 left handed/ 10 right handed).

1.) Mirrors with1 inch diameter can be mounted.

2.) Equipped with 2 adjustment screws with 170 TPI and knob head.

3.) Precision tilt of mirror could be done around the vertical and horizontal axis.

4.) Maximum width 51 mm.

5.) Maximum height 51 mm.

6.) Maximum thickness 26 mm. (without the adjustment screws)

7.) M6 holes for mounting (2pcs).

8.) The mirror is totally embedded in the holder

 

2  20 pcs (10 left handed/ 10 right handed).

1.) Mirrors with1 inch diameter can be mounted.

2.) Equipped with 2 adjustment screws with 170 TPI and knob head.

3.) Vacuum Compatible Mirror Mount.

1.) Mirrors with 1 inch diameter can be mounted.

2.) Equipped with 2 adjustment screws with 100 TPI and removable knob head.

3.) Precision tilt of mirror could be done around the vertical and horizontal axis.

4.) Maximum width 51 mm.

5.) Maximum height 51 mm.

6.) Maximum thickness 26 mm. (without the adjustment screws)

7.) M4 holes for mounting (2pcs).

8.) Made from heat threated stainless-steel

9.) The mirror is totally embedded in the holder

 

4.) Translating Lens Mount

 

1  6 pcs.

1.) Lens with 1 inch diameter can be mounted.

2.) Equipped with 2 adjustment screws (knob head) for small translation perpendicular to the optical axis.

3.) Precision translation of lens could be done on +/- 1mm distance perpendicular to the optical axis.

4.) M4 holes for mounting (2pcs).

5.) Black surfaces.

6.) The lens is mounted with a retaining ring.

 

5.) High Precision Rotation Mount

 

1: 3 pcs

1.) 1 inch optics, optomechanics can be mounted and rotated around vertical axis.

2.) Coarse (manual) rotation (thumbscrew unlocked) 360 degrees.

3.) Fine rotation +/- 5 degrees (thumbscrew locked) with 1 arcmin precision.

4.) The rotation is readable on dial.

5.) Grooves on baseplate for M6 mounting screws.

6.) At least 4 pcs of M6 Mounting holes on the rotation platform.

7.) Load capacity at least11 kg (horizontally mounted).

8.) M4 holes for post mounting.

9.) Baseplate surface maximum 90x80 mm^2.

 

2: 2 pcs

1.) 1 inch optics, optomechanics can be mounted and rotated around vertical axis.

2.) Coarse manual rotation 360 degrees.

3.) The rotation is readable on dial.

4.) At least 4 pcs of M4 Mounting hole on the rotation surface.

5.) Load capacity at least 15 kg (horizontally mounted).

6.) M4 holes for post mounting.

7.) Baseplate surface maximum 90x80 mm^2.

 

3: 2 pcs

1.) Optomechanics can be mounted and rotated around vertical axis.

6.) Filter wheel

 

1: 1 pc

1.) Continuously variable ND filter wheel mechanics.

2.) Diameter: 100 mm.

3.) Optical density range: OD0-OD4.

4.) Coarse manual rotation 360 degrees.

5.) The rotation is readable on dial.

 

2: 1 pc

1.) Continuously variable ND filter wheel mechanics.

2.) Diameter: 100 mm.

3.) Optical density range: OD0-OD2.

4.) Coarse manual rotation 360 degrees.

5.) The rotation is readable on dial.

 

7.) Calibration spectral lamp + Power supply

 

1: 1 pc

1.) Lamp Head filled with Argon gas (Without Power Supply).

2.) Power Supply requirements: 10 mA, 220V.

3.) Lifetime rated for 500 hours.

4.) Must to have spectral lines in near infrared range that can be used for spectral calibration and documentation.

 

2: 1 pc

1.) Lamp Head filled with Neon gas (Without Power Supply).

2.) Power Supply requirements: 10 mA, 220V.

3.) Lifetime rated for 250 hours.

4.) Must to have spectral lines in near infrared range that can be used for spectral calibration and documentation.

 

Power supply for calibration spectral lamp

 

1: 1 pc

1.) Compatible with both lamp heads mentioned above (paragraph 1, 2).

2.) Provided current parameters: 10 mA, 220 VAC, 50 Hz.

The official language of the procedure is Hungarian, but offers can also be submitted in English language. The Inviting Authority expects offers from suppliers that can guarantee a prompt delivery and have a stable financial background. The Inviting Authority reserves the right to request further information from candidates within 5 working days in writing . Request for further information will be sent  to each candidate with a valid offer. Following the submission deadline, the Inviting Authority evaluates the offers and candidates are informed on the result with the least possible delay.

 

The Inviting Authority reserves the right to cancel the above offer procedure fully or  partially,  without any justification. The Inviting Authority  is not liable for consequences resulted by the withdrawal.
