Single Layer Graphene We claim Single Layer Graphene with high surface area (BET surface area ~ 400-1000 m2/g), prepared by thermal exfoliation reduction + Hydrogen reduction. It should be dispersible in ethanol or water.	500 mg /1 pc
Predominantly Double- or Multi-Layer Graphene We claim 2-3-4 layers Graphene on 1 cm x 1 cm SiO2(300nm)/Si substrate. The graphene sheets should be prepared by CVD and transferred on the SiO2(300 nm)/Si substrate. If it is possible to have the 2, 3 and 4 layer thick Graphene next to each other on one piece of 1x1 cm2 SiO2(300nm)/Si, that would be great, otherwise on separate substrates.	1 cm x 1 cm size /1 pc   or if separately: 1 cm x 1 cm size /3 pc
