Pályázati felhívás - SZTE Alma Mater díj 2026.

Pályázat díjazása:

A nyertes ünnepélyes keretek között veheti át az SZTE Alma Mater presztízsdíjat és jogosult az „SZTE Alma Mater díj 2026” megjelölést használni vállalati megjelenéseiben.

Továbbá a díjazottnak az SZTE Alma Mater uniszegedalumni.com honlapján, online hírleveleiben és kiadványaiban kiemelt kommunikációs lehetőséget, és a 2026-os végzős mappájában ingyenes megjelenési lehetőséget biztosít, mely 4500 példányban készül és a 2026. júliusi és 2027. januári diplomaosztók alkalmával kapják meg az SZTE diplomázói.

A pályázók köre:

A pályázaton indulhat bármely Magyarországon telephellyel rendelkező szervezet, amely a Szegedi Tudományegyetemmel vagy a Szegedi Universitasért 2007 Alapítvánnyal, illetve a Szegedi Tudományegyetem által alapított, illetve tulajdonolt jogi személlyel együttműködésre irányuló szerződéssel rendelkezik. Korábbi díjazottak és pályázók is pályázhatnak minden évben!

A pályázatokat 2 fős bíráló bizottság értékeli. A bíráló bizottság tagjai:

• Prof. dr. Görög Márta, SZTE Alumni ügyekért felelős rektori megbízott

• Dr. Bene Tamás, SZTE Nemzetközi és közkapcsolati igazgató

A bíráló bizottság a pályázókat egy alkalommal hiánypótlásra szólíthatja fel, melynek elkészítésére 5 munkanap áll rendelkezésre.

Pályázat formai elvárásai:

A pályázatokat 1 db eredeti, cégszerűen aláírt példányban kell benyújtani, melynek az alábbiak a kötelező tartalmi elemei. A borító oldalon a cég neve, logója, kapcsolattartó neve, e-mail cím és telefonszáma kerülhet elhelyezésre, valamint a Pályázat az SZTE Alma Mater díjra szöveg

• A szervezet bemutatása max. 2 db A4-es oldalban.
• Az értékelési szempontok alapján a releváns együttműködések, programok rövid leírása, bemutatása
• A szervezetnél foglalkoztatott végzett SZTE-sek száma, összetétele (kar, végzés éve)
• A szervezetnél foglalkoztatott SZTE-s alumni mentorok megnevezése, Kiváló és Mester Mentor címmel rendelkezők megjelölése
• Az SZTE-nek, az SZTE Alma Maternek illetve partnerszervezeteiknek nyújtott anyagi támogatások felsorolása 2023/ 2024/2025-ben, referenciaként megjelölve a kari/tanszéki intézményi kapcsolattartót.
• SZTE hallgatóknak biztosított ösztöndíjas szerződések lényegi elemeinek felsorolása, referenciaként megjelölve a kari/tanszéki intézményi kapcsolattartót.
• SZTE hallgatóknak biztosított gyakornoki programok felsorolása, referenciaként megjelölve a kari/tanszéki intézményi kapcsolattartót.

Értékelési szempontok

• Tudományos és/vagy szakmai együttműködés kialakítása az SZTE-vel 2023/24-ben vagy 2024/25-ben (kutatási projekt, oktatás, duális képzés, stb.) 10 pont

• A szervezetnél foglalkoztatott SZTE-n végzett hallgatók száma (max. 10 pont):

1-2 fő 2 pont

3-5 fő 4 pont

6-10 fő 6 pont

10-14 fő 8 pont

15 főnél több 10 pont

• A szervezetnél foglalkoztatott SZTE-s alumni mentorok száma (max. 10 pont):

1-2 fő 3 pont

3-5 fő 4 pont

5-nél több fő 5 pont

• „Kiváló Mentor” a cégnél + 3 pont

• „Mester Mentor” a cégnél +5 pont

• SZTE-s hallgatók (start up) kezdeményezéseinek, ötleteinek támogatása 2023/24-ben vagy 2024/25-ben 3 pont

• SZTE Állásbörzén /Karriernapon való részvétel 2023/24-ben vagy 2024/25-ben 2 pont

• SZTE hallgatók ösztöndíjas támogatása 2023/24-ben vagy 2024/25-ben 3 pont

• SZTE-hez kötődő önkéntességi tevékenységek 2023/24-ban vagy 2024/25-ben 2 pont

• SZTE-vel való egyéb együttműködés 2023/24-ben vagy 2024/25-ben 1 pont

A bírálóbizottság a pályázatokat a megszerzett pontok alapján egyszerű sorrendbe állítja. Pontazonosság esetén a bírálóbizottság dönt a díjazottról.

SZTE ALMA MATER AWARD 2026.

Call for application

The University of Szeged Alma Mater announces a call for applications for organizations that maintain a close scientific and/or professional relationship with SZTE, and support the achievement of its goals and priority employers for students graduating from the University of Szeged.

Award of the application:

The winner will be recieved the Alma Mater Prestige Award in a solemn ceremony and have the right for using the „SZTE Alma Mater Award 2026” label in its corporate appearance.

Furthermore, the winner will have communication priority on the SZTE Alma Mater’s website (uniszegedalumni.com), in its online newsletters, and publications. They will also receive a free advertising opportunity in the 2025 graduate folder, which will be printed in 4,500 copies and distributed to SZTE graduates during the July 2026 and January 2027 graduation ceremonies.

The application deadline is March 23, 2026.

The prize will be given by: Prof. Dr. László Rovó, rector and the chief of the SZTE Alma Mater; Dr. Judit Fendler, chancellor and Prof. Dr. Márta Görög, rector’s representative for Alumni Affairs or the University of Szeged.

The range of applicants:

Any organisation with an establishment in Hungary may apply for the application which has a contract for cooperation with the University of Szeged, or with Foundation for the Szeged Universitas 2007. Previous winners and applicants can apply every year!

The applications will be evaluated by two members of jury. The members of the jury:

• Prof. Dr. Márta Görög, , rector’s representative for Alumni Affairs at the University of Szeged

• Dr. Tamás Bene, Director for International and Public Relations, University of Szeged

The evaluation committee may request applicants to fill in a gap once, which has 5 working days to prepare!

Formal requirements of the application:

Applications must be submitted in 1 original, duly signed copy, with the following mandatory elements. On the cover page, the company name, logo, contact name, e-mail address and phone number can be placed, as well as the Application for the SZTE Alma Mater Award text:

• Introduction of the organization (max. 2 A4 pages).

• Brief description and presentation of relevant collaborations and programs based on the evaluation criteria.

• Number and composition of SZTE graduates (faculty, graduation year) employed at the organization.

• Names of SZTE alumni mentors employed at the organization, indicating those holding Outstanding Mentor and Master Mentor titles.

• List of financial support provided to SZTE and its partner organizations in 2023, 2024, 2025 indicating the institutional contact point of the faculty.

• Summary of key elements of scholarship contracts provided to SZTE students, with references to faculty/departmental institutional contacts.

• List of internship programs available for SZTE students, including references to faculty/departmental institutional contacts.

Criteria for assessment:

• Establishment of scientific and/or professional cooperation with the University of Szeged in 2023/24 or 2024/25 (research project, teaching activity, dual education, etc.) – 10 points

• Number of University of Szeged graduates employed by the organisation (max. 10 points):

1–2 persons – 2 points

3–5 persons – 4 points

6–10 persons – 6 points

10–14 persons – 8 points

More than 15 persons – 10 points

• Number of University of Szeged alumni mentors employed by the organisation (max. 10 points):

1–2 persons – 3 points

3–5 persons – 4 points

More than 5 persons – 5 points

• “Excellent Mentor” at the company – +3 points

• “Master Mentor” at the company – +5 points

• Support for start-up initiatives and ideas of University of Szeged students in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 3 points

• Participation in the University of Szeged Job Fair / Career Day in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 2 points

• Providing scholarship support to University of Szeged students in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 3 points

• Employing University of Szeged students as interns in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 3 points

• Financial and/or in-kind support for the goals of the University of Szeged and the SZTE Alma Mater in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 5 points

• Cooperation agreement with the SZTE Alma Mater in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 3 points

• Support for the Szegedi Universitasért 2007 Foundation in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 3 points

• Voluntary activities related to the University of Szeged in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 2 points

• Other forms of cooperation with the University of Szeged in 2023/24 or 2024/25 – 1 point

The Evaluation Committee ranks the applications in simple order based on the points obtained. In the event of a tie, the Evaluation Committee decides on the award recipient.
