The University of Szeged announces an additional examination period between 21 and 28 August 2023 as a student-friendly measure to ensure progress in credits. During this additional examination period you can apply for examinations in subjects that you have taken in the 2nd (spring) semester of the academic year 2022/2023, but have not yet passed. (It is therefore not possible to improve the grade you have already obtained.) You can obtain practical grades according to the faculty announcements. A fourth examination (third re-take examination) in the additional period may be taken without special request.

During the additional examination period, departments and institutes are obliged to announce one examination day per subject. Registration for the announced examinations will be possible from 14 August 2023.

As the examinations attempted during the additional examination period will count towards the maximum of six (6) possible examination attempts, please consider this opportunity and be prepared if you will apply for the examination(s).
