Szeged is a very lively and widely liked city, especially in the summer. In June, several major events, including the EFYE Conference, take place at the same time, so hotels are filling up quickly. To make planning easier, we have collected accommodation options both in Szeged and in nearby towns.

Please book your room directly through the email addresses and mention that you are attending the EFYE Conference. Rooms are reserved for participants until May 1.

A charming small town located just a short distance from Szeged. It is well known for its peaceful atmosphere, welcoming environment, and excellent wellness opportunities. The town is home to the famous Szent Erzsébet Mórahalom Spa, which offers a perfect place to relax after a long day of programs. Mórahalom is an ideal choice for those who prefer a quieter setting while still being easily accessible from Szeged. It combines comfort, nature, and a touch of Hungarian countryside charm, making it a great alternative for accommodation. A morning and evening transfer service will operate between Mórahalom and the conference venue.

A vibrant town located close to Szeged, offering a great mix of culture, comfort, and accessibility. Hódmezővásárhely is directly connected to Szeged by the modern Tram-Train, which provides a fast and comfortable way to travel between the two cities. The journey takes 25-30 minutes and the tram-train runs frequently throughout the day, allowing you to easily reach the conference venue in Szeged. Tickets can be purchased directly on board the tram-train, making the journey simple even for those unfamiliar with the local transport system.

Our conference will take place from June 10 to 12, at the same time as the Deja Vu Festival, featuring international performers and drawing large crowds from across Hungary. To ensure a comfortable stay and avoid last-minute hassle, we highly recommend booking your accommodation early.
