As a pre-doctoral researcher Tamás Pongó M.A. takes part in the project. He holds a masters degree in law and works as a PhD student at the Constitutional Law Department since 2014. His dissertation’s topic is the constitutional aspects of cyberbullying in school environment among peers. He also interested in human rights researches, especially in the field of online freedom of speech issues.
