We are pleased to announce that admission is now open for international students in our English-Hungarian bilingual group. The four-year study programme begins in September 2025 and is open to both Hungarian and international students currently in year 8. The programme follows the Hungarian national curriculum, but the language of instruction is English. Students in this group may study free of charge.
Subjects taught in English:
* Mathematics
* Biology
* Physics
* Geography
* Music
* Arts and Visual Culture
* Physical Education (first two years)
International students will also study Hungarian as a foreign language, and General English and English cultural studies are integral parts of the curriculum too. Additionally, History, Chemistry, and foreign languages (German, Spanish, or French) are available as teacher-supported extra-curricular activities.
The admissions exam for the 2025/2026 school year will take place on Monday, 17 March 2025. To apply, download and complete the attached form and submit it to int.gyakg@szte.hu by 7 March 2025.
