Citi’s Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) group is looking for Analysts to join its 2023Full Time Graduate Program. It is a two-year rotational program with a variety of different tracks available within Citi’s technology areas in Budapest:

• Chief Information Security Office(CISO) is responsible for analyzing cyber threat information designed to increase Citi's cyber threat awareness and protection levels.
• Citi Technology Infrastructure(CTI) provide a critical technical foundation for the firm’s operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services.
• Global Functions Technology(GFT) delivers innovative technology solutions and key global platforms for Citi’s Global Functions division – enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term.

The program starts in summer 2023 following graduation with an intensive orientation where you will learn more about our business, strategy, and shared vision. The Financial Analyst (FA) Program is a two-year developmental rotational program which introduces graduates to Citi Finance through diversified experiences.

The various teams at Citi Finance develop and provide financial controls; report Profit & Loss, prepare regulatory reporting and audited financial statements; monitor and manage Citi’s liquidity, FX exposure and capital adequacy; and manage global projects and automation initiatives impacting Finance. They work closely with global management teams and strategic partners to support Citi’s enterprise wide activities.

The FA program offers two one-year rotations with developmental opportunities across various Finance functions and businesses in Budapest including Product Control, Regulatory Reporting, Treasury, Project Management, Business Analysis and Digital Transformation and Automation.

Finance Summer Analyst Program 2023

Ready to kickstart your career at the world’s most global bank?

Finance Summer Analysts will join a 10-week long full-time program, which starts in June 2023 and introduces students to Finance through diversified experiences. You will have the chance to get an in-depth look at complex products from a financial, accounting and controlling perspective, and to work in a truly multinational environment.

Your typical placement will look like this:

You will be allocated to one of the Finance teams and will be given graduate level tasks, which provide you a unique opportunity to gain hands on knowledge on how financial and capital markets operate.

The program starts with an orientation to Citi and a series of functional and technical training sessions to promote professional development and effective work habits during our Analysts’ time here at Citi.
