Short description of the event:

Discover the benefits of vinyasa flow and restorative yoga during this 60-minute yoga practice while enjoying the calm and pleasant atmosphere created by candlelight.

ARRIVAL

Arrive on time so that you have time to put your belongings in the locker, change, check in with the teacher, tell her about any injuries and other necessary info about your health.

PREPARE

What to wear: bare foot (socks not required) and comfy leggings and top/t-shirt.

What not to wear: shoes.

What to bring: water bottle, hand towel, blanket and your phone (so you can take a photo of your favorite pose, but only after class). Note that all phones should be on silent and put away. Yoga mats will be provided by the SZTE Sport Center.

FYI: Participation can be used as a make-up class.
