NATIONAL CONFERENCE WITH THE INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTION: “TODAY'S STUDENTS, TOMORROW 'S PROFESSIONALS” (3rd Edition)

The scientific event is addressed to students in the fields of Law and Administrative
Sciences - bachelor's and master's degree, from the Romania and abroad, the event being intended
to represent a space of dialogue and student development, from all education levels.

The student’s conference will take place on May 15, 2020, and will consist of two
sections (please note the details included below):
- LAW section on the topic: LAW AND MEDICINE
- PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION section on the topic: PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
AND THE PUBLIC HEALTH SYSTEM

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

The deadline for registration is May 1, 2020 at: laviniachipea@gmail.com and drept.oradea@gmail.com. Registration will be done with the papers in extenso, the editorial conditions being inserted below1, indicating the name (s) of the author (s) and affiliation. Topics proposed by the organizers, the list is not exhaustive: the patient-doctor relationship, including aspects related to its confidentiality, informing the patient and his rights, the rights and obligations of the medical personnel, the responsibility of the medical personnel or of the administrative personnel serving the medical units (civil, administrative liability, disciplinary, criminal), malpraxis, safety measures (isolation and quarantine) in the case of epidemics and liability for violations, providing means of work (medicines, equipment, devices and medical equipment), extraordinary measures - priority in providing medical care, the relationship between the Public Administration, hospitals and other medical units, the provision of medical assistance in schools and universities.

Important notice:

Given the current situation, generated by the COVID-19 pandemic , the conference will take place online – most likely on the "Zoom" platform (details - to be communicated later).

1 Conditions for writing the paper:
- The title and content of the paper should fit into the proposed theme for the two areas;
- The paper will be written in MSWORD, in Romanian, in A4 format;
- The consulted and used bibliography will be quoted in accordance with scientific rigor, and the final
bibliography will be placed at the end of the paper.
- The paper should be in the range of 4 - 8 pages;
- The works can be done in co-authorship - up to 2 coauthors;
- A presentation of the paper will be supported by a graphical presentation in MS PowerPoint.
