Sanger sequencing remains the gold standard among DNA sequencing techniques and is still widely used for analyzing targeted gene segments, as well as for validating results obtained through other methods.

At our facility, we perform sequencing of targeted genomic regions in human DNA samples using the Applied Biosystems 3500Dx Genetic Analyzer, which utilizes capillary electrophoresis technology. Beyond the most commonly analyzed targets in molecular oncology diagnostics, we also offer sequencing of unique human targets ranging from 100 to 1000 bp in length.
