The University of Szeged’s Phase I Trial Site complies with the requirements outlined in Decree 35/2005 (VIII. 26.) of the Ministry of Health concerning the clinical trials of investigational medicinal products for human use and the application of good clinical practice. It also meets the standards established under Decree 60/2003 (X.20.) of the Ministry of Health, Social, and Family Affairs on the professional minimum requirements necessary for the provision of health services.

The facility is supported by a strong intensive care clinical background and operates independently of active patient care. Access to the trial site is strictly controlled through two entry points with access card authorization. The site includes a five-bed inpatient care room, a two-bed room designed for intensive therapy, and a treatment-examination room, which also accommodates outpatient care.

All personnel and physical resources fully meet the requirements for conducting even the highest-risk trials.
