The Young Associates Programme (YAP) is a two-year programme targeted at recent undergraduates who wish to gain a significant first professional experience in the world of multilateral policymaking, research and analysis. It is designed to act as a springboard for them to pursue postgraduate studies at top-ranked universities.

The Programme specifically seeks individuals with a vision to pursue further studies in competitive postgraduate programs following the completion of their assignment.

Selected candidates will have the chance to collaborate closely with analysts and economists addressing some of today's most pressing global social and economic challenges. Moreover, they will benefit from mentorship provided by senior managers, guiding their professional development throughout the Programme.

The main objective is to inform candidates about the application and selection process for the 2024-2026 round, provide practical advice on each screening stage (including how to prepare a compelling CV and cover letter), and hold an interactive Q&A session with participants. Interested candidates can register for the event here.

We advertised 10 assignments for the 2024-26 round which are open for applications until 21 December 2023.
