Identifying small RNAs in infected Nicotiana benthamiana plants

In details:

Identifying small RNAs in different sub-cellular compartments of CymRSV infected Nicotiana benthamiana plants through Illumina sequencing of 1 pre-made library composed of 9 sRNA libraries.

Requested method:

1. Sample quality control.
2. Sequencing of 1 pre-made library on 2 lanes of the Illumina Hiseq2500 with a 50bp single end read metric.
3. Bioinformatics analysis according to the below detailed way
   1. Read QC, removing adaptor sequences
   2. Alignment of small RNAs to the virus and the Nicotiana benthamiana genome
   3. miRNA prediction
   4. Identification of miRNA which show different accumulation levels between the cytosol and ER
   5. Prediction of miRNA targets using the Nb trnascrtipome data
4. Data to be generated according to the below detailed way
   1. Each HiSeq lane should generate in the region of 150 million pairs of reads using the above read metric
   2. Raw data as FASTQ files (one file per read direction for each barcoded library)

Sample will be provided by University of Szeged.

The sample is a minimum of 10nm in a minimum volume of 25ul per pool of library

Payment mode: 60 days, wire transfer

The validity of the given offer should last for 30 days from the closing day of the tender.

Contract can be bond only if the given offer does not exceed the amount of net 8 000 000 HUF. The procurement procedure is declared to be unsuccessful if the presented offer exceeds the noted amount.
