The Trial Site provides internal monitoring services to enhance both professional and administrative efficiency by ensuring diligent oversight of coordinators’ tasks.

The internal monitor’s responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the initiation and progress of clinical trials
• Maintaining records based on follow-up letters from the Sponsor or CRO regarding patient enrollment numbers and any identified non-compliance issues
