This year the University of Szeged Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and Csongrád County’s Chamber of Commerce and Industry had organized together the usual Summer university exploring various economic topics.

2016 marks the fifth one week long Summer camp for high-school students at the University of Szeged, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration.

An intriguing photography exhibition fittingly titled “Reflecting Opposites” was ceremoniously opened on 28th April by Hungarian photographer András Kukucska.

Stars of the GTK is a brand new talent show organised by the Faculty of Economics and a great opportunity for students studying at the faculty to demonstrate their skills in every art form imaginable. The first ever live show began at 18:00 on 28th April in the GTK aula.

On 19th April 2016, faculty representatives Dr. Ildikó Pusztai-Varga and Dr. Szabolcs Prónay accepted the 2nd place award by the Tempus Public Foundation for International Development in Higher Education.

The aula of the GTK’s faculty building houses a poetry exhibition from 11^th April until 27^th April.

The International Week at the GTK was organised this year for the 8^th time with the opening reception taking place at the faculty’s aula on 11^th April.

On March 8th, the Aula of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration housed a very special Erasmus evening.

On the occasion of the 8th Scholarship Award Ceremony, it was the third time that scholarships were awarded to international students.
