Open Call for Speakers, Moderators, and Student Associations

EUGLOH Campus Life (WP5) is pleased to announce the second edition of its UniTes! campaign, taking

place from 26 November to 4 December 2025. WP5 is seeking representatives from the nine EUGLOH partner universities to

contribute to each webinar in various roles.



EUGLOH Campus Life (WP5) is pleased to announce the second edition of its UniTes! campaign, taking place from 26 November to 4 December 2025. This edition will include a series of four webinars designed to promote gender equality and combat gender-based violence across the nine universities
of the EUGLOH alliance.
Building on the success of the first edition, this year’s campaign will spotlight the expertise within EUGLOH by sharing impactful initiatives, research findings, and best practices that address the many dimensions of gender equality and gender-based violence. These insights will be brought forward through the voices of student associations, academic staff, and experts, fostering a collaborative and multidisciplinary approach to the topic.

Webinars Dates & Topics (13:00–14:30 CET):
 Wed 26 Nov: Intersectionality in Action – Understanding Diverse Experiences in Academia
 Thu 27 Nov: From Policy to Practice – Legal Frameworks for Gender Equality and Inclusion in Higher Education
 Wed 03 Dec: Best Practices & Prevention – Tackling Gender-Based Violence in Higher Education
 Thu 04 Dec: Voices for Change – Student Activism on Gender Equality, Inclusion, and Gender-Based Violence

Call for Participants: We are seeking representatives from the nine EUGLOH partner universities to
contribute to each webinar in the following roles:

 1 Moderator: To introduce speakers, manage transitions, and moderate the Q&A session.
 2 Academic/Expert Speakers: Each speaker will present for 15 minutes, offering diverse perspectives on the chosen webinar subject
 1 Student Association Representative: To present a related initiative or project in relation to the subject

Key Details:
 Speaker Format: 15-minute presentations per speaker, followed by an anonymous audience Q&A (via chat) at the end of each e-conference.

 Title or topic of their proposed presentation
